Jennings Brewery was originally established as a true family concern back in 1828, in the village of Lorton. The company moved to its current location in 1874, in the historic town of Cockermouth, in the shadow of Cockermouth Castle, at the point where the rivers Cocker and Derwent merge.
Jennings regards itself as a traditional brewer, traditional in a number of different ways. Admission prices are £9.00 for adults and £4.50 for children (children over 12 only please)
Evening Tours
If you would like to come and have a tour in the evening; please call 01900 820362 for availability and booking.
Minimum of 18 people.
£12.00 per person for tour and drinks only.
£15.00 per person for tour, drinks and a Pie & Pea supper.
A non-refundable deposit of £50.00 is required when booking evening tours.
If there aren't enough spaces left on our public tours and you have a group of 10 people or more, we may be able to arrange a separate tour (daytime format).
Please call our brewery shop on 01900 820362 for enquiries. (Please note these tours are only available if there are no spaces left on the public tours.) A non refundable deposit of £50.00 is required when booking group tours.
